initially we ordered a C5 and had it changed shortly after to a combi C5 due to passengers and more luggage than expected. We paid additional 70 Euro for the change. Following the arrival in Chambury, the booking of the C5 Combi could be found in the rantal area. This resulted, that we have paid to much for a car which was not available, additional we had ordered a baby seat which was not available either though by the crew was arranged 1 hour later. Last bot not at least the tank of the car was not filled when leaving Chambury, though had to be filled when checked.
My anticipation is that the difference in the prices between the two car are creditted to my account or a check forwarded to my adress.
